RESERVATION / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with a deposit by credit card or by arranging a money transfer.

GENERAL RESERVATIONS: Deposit required guaranteeing reservations received to our bank by 21 days prior to arrival the latest or according to our letter of Confirmation. Kindly note that bookings made on a 1 Day basis will be subjected to NO REFUND if canceled last minute.

GENERAL CANCELLATIONS: Full refund till 14 days prior to arrival half refund till 8 days prior to arrival .No refund the last 8 days prior to arrival date or last minute cancellation Kindly note that bookings made on a 1 Day basis will be subjected to NO REFUND if canceled last minute.

WINTER /PEAK SEASON RESERVATIONS:  (Jan-Mar, Apr-Sep)

Full prepayment required guaranteeing reservations received to our bank 30 days prior to arrival the latest

WINTER /PEAK CANCELLATIONS:   Full refund till 18 days prior to arrival half refund till 10 days prior to arrival No refund the last 10 days prior to arrival date if the rooms

CHRISTMAS RESERVATIONS:  (Mid-December to Mid-January)

Full prepayment required to guarantee reservations by end October / 1st week of November

CHRISTMAS CANCELLATIONS: No refund at all

SPECIAL PACKAGES: Full prepayment required guaranteeing reservations received to our bank according to our letter of confirmation. Full refund till 18 days prior to arrival, half refund till 10 days prior to arrival, No refund the last 10 days prior to arrival date.

We would like to point out that during the two weeks of Christmas and New Year or peak season ( April September) no refund is made and that no cancellations are accepted nor later arrival or earlier departure due to bad weather conditions or even due to international conflicts of any kind i.e. economically or politically. So kindly make sure having a traveling insurance to avoid any possible misunderstandings or eventual problems resulting from airlines canceling their flights or resulting from closed airports, etc.
